Residential Ceiling Cleaning

All furniture is left in place. This reduces the time required to return the room to its original setting. We ask only that you remove small items and breakable from top shelves and table tops.

Once we place our drop cloths over your floor coverings and furnishings, a soft bristled brush is used to remove any loose dust and cob webs.
|

To cut in, the edge of the ceiling is then sprayed. The top edge of the walls are then wiped to remove any over spray. This eliminates the need to mask the walls.
|

|
The balance of the ceiling is then sprayed in two directions to ensure complete coverage, and left to dry. No further steps, such as brushing or vacuuming are required. Our product does the cleaning.

Commercial Ceiling Cleaning

Wall Washing
|
|
The same cleaning solution that we use on ceilings is used to clean walls. A fine mist is applied to walls and left a few moments to allow the dirt to emulsify. Unlike porous ceilings, walls are wiped using replaceable micro fiber cloths.

High Reach Dust Removal

Although dust and molds are natural and commonly found both indoors and outdoors, they can cause illness and allergic reactions for workers who are sensitive. The activity in your plant only increases the severity of the problem.

While total elimination of these contaminants is unrealistic, there are many ways to control the amounts that are present. Simple housekeeping habits and good maintenance practices can make a difference.

A regular maintenance program will remove dust and molds from trusses, beams, pipes, wiring, light fixtures, the outside of duct work and anything else you may have hanging up there.

Ceiling Tile Replacement

When tiles are broken, badly stained and damaged they are beyond cleaning. The only viable option is to replace them. We will gladly stop by and provide you with a competitive quote.

To reduce costs, some companies have had us clean the offices that the public doesn't see, and replace the tiles in public areas that are beyond cleaning. This reduces the cost for the over all project.
